In most cases, the buyer does use the builder who provided the plan. All our builders have been verified to have a high customer satisfaction rating. However you the buyer are able to find another builder and use the plans but the plans chosen need to be purchased.
Most definitely. The objective of justlandsales.com.au is to allow the buyer / consumer to be able to have a no fuss process of purchasing your lot. As long as you have finance you can purchase the lot without plans directly. However the plans are only an added feature to make the process easier.
